Includes:

  • A detailed clean up and closing off Ebetsu Plaza for your special event. Renter is responsible for cleaning after the event.
  • Use of the Resource Center which includes a refrigerator and many other amenities.
  • Meeting with Event Coordinator
  • Standby personnel
  • Approximately 100 people occupancy in Ebetsu Plaza and 80 people in the Resource Center
  • Maximum time: 3 hours included in cost ($50/hr for each extra hour)

30-day advance notice, non-refundable reservation. Date change may be allowed due to weather or unforeseen circumstance
